The practice teaches us to cultivate positive thoughts and emotions, and to radiate love and compassion to those around us.





By focusing on the good qualities in others and giving positive thoughts and vibes, we can foster supportive and harmonious relationships. Additionally, it's important to have a non-judgmental attitude and not have expectations of others. This allows us to approach each person with openness and understanding, which can deepen our connections and enrich our experiences.
