While Raja Yoga meditation emphasizes the practice of purity in the midst of everyday life, Sadhu Sanyasis choose to leave the world behind and live a life of simplicity and devotion to God. Both paths have their own merits and challenges, and it is up to the individual to choose which path is suitable for them based on their personal beliefs and goals.
