7 Days Raja Yoga Course in Tamil - Videos
The Raja Yoga 7-day course conducted by us had 16 classes, each lasting approximately half an hour. The course is designed to teach participants the theory and practical application of Raja Yoga meditation. The first 15 classes are focused on theory and cover a variety of topics related to Raja Yoga, including its origins, the principles and techniques of meditation, and the benefits of practicing Raja Yoga. The 16th class is a practical session on how to do Raja Yoga meditation.
The course is intended for European brothers and sisters who are enthusiastic about learning Raja Yoga meditation, and it was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019. The aim of the course is to share knowledge and help individuals develop inner peace, self-realization, mindfulness, and embark on an inner journey.
The course was recorded in audio format, and all 16 classes are available on this page. Additionally, a video version of the classes was created by three young individuals from Salem, consisting of one boy and two girls. These dynamic youths worked hard to create the video version of the classes, using images to complement the audio recordings. It took them one year to create all 16 videos, and their efforts are highly appreciated.
